I saw this on a taxi I rode on my way to UP Diliman. The images were upside down but you get the picture.

November 23, 2009I’m restarting this blog as a dedicated page to all the trends occurring in Manila as I know it.
One such trend is the plaid pants and knee-length skinny shorts sported by the youth. Gone are the cargo pants. Cargo shorts are still in.
